Resturant Rovers invade Toby's
February 2002

Anyone Hungry?

The resturant rovers had their last meeting before Great Lent starts at Toby's Resturant in Palos Heights. The number in attendence is growing and there was great food and great company. This is another great way to bring St. Luke parish and it's people more into the center of our lives. The next meeting will most likely be in May after Lent and Pascha and will mostly likely be held at a local Egyptian resturant. The cost of dinner usually ranges from 10.00 to 20.00 per person. Please consider coming out and spending a couple of hours of food and fun.

House Blessings

Family participates in house blessing

Father Andrew is making the rounds of all the parishioners to bless their houses. This is a wonderful opportunity not only to invite Christ into your home and ask for his protection and blessings, but also to make a statement that our church life is not limited to only Sunday, but is part of our daily lives as well. Please sign up for an appointment with Father Andrew if you have not already.
